Processing & Shipping:
Kindly note that as a small team, we aim to process and get your order out as soon as possible. In most cases, all orders are processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless disclosed otherwise from our fulfilment facility in Toronto. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. However, there are certain circumstances that may delay this process such as team vacations, weather, backorder items, etc.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. Syncronym is not responsible for these charges, if applicable and are solely the customers responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer:
Once an order has been shipped and is in the custody of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the package. Any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Feel free to contact us if you need help tracking your order or filing a claim
International Duties & Customs:
All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process. If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Syncronym will only provide a refund once the package arrives back to our facility. Shipping will be non-refundable
