At this time, returns or exchanges are eligible for customers based in Canada only.

For Canada Based Returns & Exchanges: Please send us an email with your full name and order number to get the process started. Info@syncronym.ca
In order to qualify for an exchange or return your item for store credit, all the following conditions will apply:
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, and unwashed.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be free of scents, stains, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any damage.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Syncronym is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please return using a tracked shipping method.
- Sale items are final sale - no returns are allowed.
- If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection upon arrival. Items that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back or declined.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@syncronym.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and aim to work towards a satisfactory solution.
